Meecham is one of only two artists to receive an $80,000 production and presentation grant from the Australia Council in the current round.
The grant will enable him and the Aphids team to prepare and stage his Game Show, a work which is not so much a performance as a live experiment in what he calls ‘socially-engaged community spectacle’.
