You don’t have to have millions in the bank in order to leave behind a valuable bequest for an arts organisation or institution.

Melbourne couple Tess Hill and Bill Hawtin, who were both passionate arts lovers, have ensured that their love for the arts will live on in the form of two full scholarships for students at Monash University, in south-east Melbourne.
