Anni Davey has been appointed the new Artistic Director of the Flying Fruit Fly Circus, Australia’s celebrated National Youth Circus based in Albury-Wodonga. Davey takes over from Jodie Farrugia, who departs after five successful years in the role.
Lara Block, Chair of the Flying Fruit Fly Circus said: ‘I am excited to be welcoming Anni to the Fruities. With her passion and depth of knowledge as a circus artist, director and leader, Anni is beautifully placed to build on the achievements of our outgoing Artistic Director Jodie Farrugia and lead the company’s creative vision into our 40th year and beyond.’
