Most people will know Colm Mac Con Iomaire from The Frames but he’s also a prolific solo performer and his instrumentals are as hauntingly beautiful and personal. With his 250 year old fiddle centre-stage, his music is more Celt than rock, and augmented by a bank of loop peddles at his feet, it’s a sublime fusion of old and new.
