Melbourne Theatre Company has taken the opportunity of releasing its annual report to make a significant statement about its relationship with the small to medium (S2M) sector.

The statement comes a week after the launch of a campaign against the silence of the majors in the face of Budget changes which disproportionately affect S2M and independent artist funding.
