Wrapping up the National Dance Forum

Physical communication, learning from sport’s successes, and a focus on inclusion and diversity were highlights of NDF 2015.

Co-presented by the Australia Council for the Arts and Ausdance National, the third National Dance Forum (held at Footscray Community Arts Centre from 19-21 March) was not focused on ‘policy or recommendations or point forms on butcher’s paper,’ said the event’s producer Kath Papas.

Richard Watts is ArtsHub's National Performing Arts Editor; he also presents the weekly program SmartArts on Three Triple R FM, and serves as the Chair of La Mama Theatre's volunteer Committee of Management.
