What's On

Amelia Ryan: The Breast Is Yet To Come

Wollongong’s own comedy cabaret starlet Amelia Ryan has found herself in the family way. No stranger to late nights, mess and the occasional vomit, she should have this one in the (nappy) bag. Right?*
*cue panic

Amelia Ryan has graced the stages of New York, London and Edinburgh with her award-winning shows. She's sashayed (and stumbled) down red carpets, and regaled audiences with her tales of debauchery and self-destruction. Now, Bombo’s Blonde Bombshell has gone and done it.

She’s knocked up.

In equal measure delighted and daunted, she ponders the big questions of any new Mother-To-Be. How many cheese toastie cravings can one give in to? Will she deliver to the serene sounds of Enya and the rainforest, or her own drugged-out drones? And are sequinned bras a sensible maternity choice?

With Ryan's signature combination of heart and hilarity, The Breast Is Yet To Come is an honest, relatable, and revealing foray into impending parenthood, womanhood, and asks if the best (and breast) years are a thing of the past, or if they are indeed yet to come.

Due to popular demand, a 2nd show has been announced for Saturday 22 July!
