What's On

City of Perth Toot Toots

What a hoot, hop on a Toot Toot!

City of Perth is giving Fringe-goers free peddle bike rides during the 2018 FRINGE WORLD Festival.

The City of Perth Toot Toots will be a hoot to ride along James Street between FRINGE Central at The Perth Cultural Centre and The Pleasure Garden.

Operating 5pm to 10pm Wednesdays to Saturdays from January 26 to February 25, the Toot Toots will allow you to put your feet up and enjoy the balmy summer nights and great Fringe atmosphere in Northbridge.

FRINGE WORLD Festival Director Amber Hasler said the Toot Toots were a great way for Fringe Bingers to travel between the hubs in Northbridge.

“What fun it will be to ride on a Toot Toot and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Northbridge as it comes alive during the best time of year - Fringe time!”, Ms Hasler said.

Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi said the City of Perth Toot Toots would be a wonderful addition to the Festival and a great free activity for the huge variety of people who attend the Fringe.

“FRINGE WORLD brings a large and diverse audience into the City of Perth and we are happy to be supporting free peddle rides to add even more fun to the Fringe,” Ms Scaffidi said.

The City of Perth Toot Toots are free, just pick up a ride from one of the Toot Toot ranks at FRINGE Central - The Perth Cultural Centre or at The Pleasure Garden.
