The Adelaide, Melbourne, Queensland, Sydney, Tasmanian and West Australian Symphony Orchestras have recognized the contribution of outgoing Chair of Symphony Services Australia, Nicholas Heyward, and welcomed his successor, Craig Whitehead.
Heyward has chaired the orchestral service provider since its inception in 2006, and was a director of the company’s predecessor, Symphony Australia Holdings Ltd, following his appointment as Managing Director of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra in 2001. He retires from that role at the end of 2018.
