‘I believe that sound can be used as a tool to access stillness and when one is in a relaxed state it may transport that person to a state of self-healing,’ said gong practitioner and founder of Sound Interventions, Mona Ruijs.

Ruijs will join practitioners including sound healing and music therapy experts such as Dr Emma O’ Brien, at the Melbourne Music Week panel:Sound Healing and Music Therapy. After a discussion focusing on the benefits and immersive qualities offered by sound and music, Ruijs will facilitate a sound bath.
