Is it finally curtains for Playwriting Australia?

The artistic directors of 22 Australian companies have expressed grave fears for the future of Playwriting Australia.

In a letter to the board of Playwriting Australia (PWA) – which effectively dissolved PWA and put it under review in a shock announcement in June – industry insiders said they feared that Australia’s peak body for play development was in danger of being defunded.
