PWA calls for help to reimagine itself

Playwriting Australia (PWA) has released a consultation paper as the first stage of a wide-ranging review into their operations, signalling that they may become a member-based organisation.

The annual National Play Festival, PWA’s major event, currently accepts submissions from any Australian playwright, so the move to a member-based organisation along the lines of the Australian Writers Guild would be a major change.
