Queen’s Honours List for the Arts

63 people who have given tireless support to the arts were recognised in the Queen's Birthday Honours this year.

Companion of the Order of Australia

The highest honours in the Queen’s Birthday List this year go to actor Cate Blanchett, for her contributions to screen and stage, and Aaron Gandel as a benefactor for visual arts and cultural institutions.

Joining the list of Officers this year were designer Collette Dinnigan, arts administrator Michael Lynch, Bangarra’s Stephen Page and Bruce Cutler.
