Hamilton to open in Sydney in 2021

The mega-hit musical by Lin-Manuel Miranda will make its Australian premiere at the Sydney Lyric Theatre in March 2021.

Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and multiple Tony and Laurence Olivier Awards in New York and London, the hit musical Hamilton will open a brand new production in Sydney in 2021.

Producers Jeffrey Seller and Michael Cassel together with creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, joined NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian in announcing the much-anticipated production today (Wednesday 22 May).
