$60,000 to bring cultural events to regional communities

A funding boost has been added to the Small Regional Presenters program, allowing some of Victoria’s smallest towns including Bena, Mt Beauty and Meeniyan to receive funding for cultural events.

Victoria’s Minister for Creative Industries, Martin Foley MP, has announced a $60,000 boost to the Small Regional Presenters program.

The program provides funding to small regional towns to assist in bringing cultural, performance, and theatrical events to their communities. It also gives local creative groups the chance to program shows that resonate with local audiences.
