This free workshop will see us revisit the foundations of our circus practice with strength and flexibility conditioning in a fun and focussed way.
A great opportunity to create new habits or restart old ones.
Following stage 2 guidelines there will be no contact during these sessions.

Due to covid-19 restrictions we’re only able to offer limited spaces to 20 people per class. So, bookings are a must! You can book for a single class or the whole series. If, for whatever reason, you find yourself unable to attend after making a booking, please let us know by emailing email@example.com so that we can open up the space to anyone who may have missed out.
