What a glorious feeling, get happy again these school holidays!
So Popera Productions, the company who brought you Disney's The Little Mermaid and the hit Broadway classic Chicago is delighted to shower Wollongong audiences with song and dance from the silver screen this summer at IPAC.
Singin’ in the Rain has all the makings of a Tinseltown tabloid headline – the starlet, the leading man and a love affair that could change lives and make or break careers!
In silent movies, Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont are a hot item but, behind the scenes, things aren’t always as they appear on the big screen! Meanwhile, Lina’s less than appealing voice might be the end of her career in “talking pictures” without the help of a talented young actress to do the talking and singing for her.
Singin’ in the Rain splashes on to the stage from 18 – 26 January with a stunning cast, beautiful costumes, every memorable moment from the film and a downpour of unforgettable songs - for extra fun try Splashzone tickets to really absorb the full experience*!
