Every school holidays ATYP carefully designs a program of fun drama workshops for kids aged 4 – 18. We work with industry trained actors, directors, filmmakers and writers who are your tutors for our week long drama workshops.

Our acting classes can include character development, self-devised work, comedy, drama, movement, audition intensives, voice and accents and much more. The program can also cover short film making, online presentation for digital platforms, storytelling technique, stagecraft and for our littlest participants amazing imagination stretching.

In the Monologue Scenework Workshop, sutdents will learn about all the elements of drama including script analysis, establishing subtext, clarifying intention, sharing focus and building tension. Examine short scenes and monologues to create truthful 3-dimensional characters work on articulation and voice projection and how to hold an audience’s attention.
