SITU-8 invites you to step behind the curtains into the hidden corners and secret passages of one of Perth's most iconic locations.

SITU-8 promises an intriguing adventure into the unknown as eight of Perth’s most exciting choreographers and composers storm the State Theatre Centre of WA with new moves and music. This is performance with punch.

Come on a journey through the guts of the venue and encounter bite-sized worlds along the way. Experience a unique blend of dance, sound, and architecture that celebrates and champions the home of contemporary dance and theatre – the State Theatre Centre of WA. SITU-8 is a dynamic celebration of the best independent dance and music.

SITU-8 features new works by Sally Richardson, Talitha Maslin, Ashleigh White, Joshua Pether, James Vu Anh Pham, Ellen-Hope Thomson, May Greenberg, and Mitchell Harvey; with original compositions by Felicity Groom, Simon Charles, David Stewart, Tess Stephenson, Alexander Turner, Matthew Jones, Rebecca Riggs-Bennett, and Louis Frere-Harvey.

This is a FREE event with extremely limited capacity per performance.
